Pillows of chicken and lemongrass lightly fried with a ginger scallion dipping sauce. - Eggplant Margherita
A tower of eggplant rounds layered with fresh tomato, basil and melted mozzarella on a bed of marinara then drizzled with a balsamic reduction. - Calamari
